How To Use Bag Filter

The operation of bag dust collector can be divided into trial operation and daily operation. During the trial operation, the individual parts of the system should be checked first, and then adaptive operation should be carried out, and local performance tests should be carried out. In daily operation, necessary inspections should be carried out, especially the performance inspection of bag dust collector. Pay attention to the impact of changes in the load of the host equipment on the performance of the dust collector. After starting up, pay close attention to the working conditions of the bag dust collector and keep records.

Debugging: In the commissioning of a new bag dust collector, special attention should be paid to checking the following points:
(1) The direction of rotation, speed, bearing vibration and temperature of the fan.
(2) Whether the processed air volume and the pressure and temperature of each test point are consistent with the design.
(3) The installation of the filter bag, which can be judged by whether the filter bag falls off, loosens or wears after use.
(4) Pay attention to whether there is condensation in the bag chamber and whether the dust discharge system is unobstructed. Prevent blockage and corrosion. The accumulation of dust will affect the production of the host.
(5) Adjustment of the cleaning cycle and cleaning time. This work is an important factor affecting the dust removal performance and operating conditions. If the cleaning time is too long, the attached dust layer will be washed away, which will cause leakage and filter bag damage. If the cleaning time is too short, the dust on the filter bag has not been cleaned up, and the filtering operation is restarted, which will quickly restore the resistance and gradually increase, eventually affecting its use.
(6) The interval between two cleanings is called the cleaning cycle. It is generally hoped that the cleaning cycle is as long as possible so that the dust collector can operate under economical resistance conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully study the nature and concentration of dust, and determine the cleaning cycle and time according to different cleaning methods, and adjust through trial operation to achieve the ideal cleaning parameters.
(7) In the early stage of operation, some unexpected situations often occur. For example, abnormalities such as temperature, pressure, and moisture can cause damage to new equipment. Rapid changes in gas temperature can cause the fan shaft to deform, causing imbalance, and vibration during operation. Once the operation stops, the temperature drops sharply, and vibration will occur again when it is restarted. It is best to use different types of fans according to different gas temperatures. The quality of equipment commissioning will directly affect whether it can be put into normal operation. If not handled properly, bag filters can quickly lose their effectiveness. Therefore, the commissioning of the equipment must be done with care.
