 Installation Precautions

Site and Environment

Regularly inspect the pretreatment filter cartridge(Such as PP cotton, activated carbon), replace clogged filter elements in a timely manner (usually every 3-6 months).Observe the equipment operating parameters (water production, pressure, conductivity) and deal with any abnormalities promptly.

 Keep the equipment clean and avoid the accumulation of dust and impurities.

Chemical cleaning


When membrane elements are severely fouled, chemical cleaning (such as citric acid, peracetic acid, etc.) is required. The cleaning cycle depends on the water quality and operating conditions.Temperature and flow rate must be controlled during cleaning to avoid damage to the membrane elements.

Troubleshooting


Common malfunctions include decreased water production, reduced desalination rate, and abnormal pressure, which require handling based on the specific cause (such as replacing the filter element, cleaning the membrane element, adjusting the valve, etc.).


If abnormal noises or vibrations occur during equipment operation, check whether the pump body and pipelines are loose or worn.

 Winter maintenance

 In cold regions, equipment and pipelines need to be insulated to prevent them from freezing and cracking.
