1. Working principle of ozone mixed oxidation tower Ozone mixing tower, also known as oxidation tower, is a commonly used sterilization equipment in water treatment systems. The sterilization effect is not only related to the type and number of bacteria in the water and the ozone content, but also to the contact time between ozone and water and the ozone air distribution head. Generally speaking, the longer the contact time between ozone and water, the more complete the mixing, the better the ozone sterilization effect. The smaller the pores of the air distribution plate, the smaller the bubbles cut into by the ozone, and the larger the contact area between ozone and water, then the better the mixing effect and the better the sterilization effect.

2. Advantages of Ozone Mixed Oxidation Tower

In order to allow ozone and water to have sufficient mixing area and mixing time, we need to have enough mixing space. Generally, the mixing time of our ozone is 5-10 minutes, so we need to design the space of the ozone mixing tower according to the mixing time and flow rate. After the space of the ozone mixing tower is determined, in order to allow the convection mixing of ozone and water components, water goes in from above and ozone goes in from below, we design the distance between the water inlet and the ozone inlet to be more than 3500mm, so that ozone and water have sufficient mixing time and space to achieve the best sterilization effect.
 

The ozone mixing towers designed by our company are generally made of two kinds of stainless steel: 304 and 316L. The air distribution plate is made of titanium plate, which is also the ozone aeration plate. The air distribution pores of the titanium plate are 5-20um in diameter. The ozone can be fully cut into small bubbles, which improves the sterilization effect of the ozone sterilizer.
