Soft water control method
1. Fully automatic softened water equipment, commonly used automatic control heads are American brands such as Fulac and Atuzu. Set the regeneration time or flow rate, and when the set value is reached, it will automatically backwash, regenerate, clean, and then start running again.
2. The manual water softener operates, backwashes, and regenerates by manually adjusting the 8 valves on the tank body. The valves can be manually operated with butterfly or ball valves to adjust the flow rate. The jetting device sucks in 20% saline water and mixes it with pipeline water to form a ratio of about 4% before being injected into the pipeline. Sodium ions replace the calcium and magnesium ions on the resin.
